Cap on Damages. Liability of North Idaho Tote Co arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify North Idaho Tote Co from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under ID law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in ID for any related dispute.
Term Changes. North Idaho Tote Co may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
